Normal blood pressure for women can be diagnosed not only through blood pressure reading, there are lots of test to diagnosed if you are on the normal range or not. It is very important to monitor you blood pressure especially if you are on the menopausal stage. The following are the test that can be done with doctor’s prescription to find your blood pressure level:

  • Complete blood count or CBC reveals if there is an existing anemia.
  • The Cortisol levels that are measured to be able to diagnosed adrenal insufficiency.
  • Third is the blood electrolyte measurement to see if there is a renal failure.
  • Fourth is blood and urine culture, EKG or electro cardiograms, radiology studies and Holter monitor recordings.

The test above not only detects and diagnose if you are on a normal blood pressure but sees if there is an existing problems that occur due to the changes in blood pressure.
